Scope and operator
Inspixa is an online service for image inspiration, Prompt management, and AI image generation at https://inspixa.com. The service is provided by the independent operator of Inspixa. Contact support@inspixa.com for account, billing, or terms questions.
Your use is also subject to the Privacy Policy and product rules shown in the service. Mandatory rights under local law continue to apply.

Service
The service includes public image and Prompt browsing, favorites, work management, file storage, generation orchestration, and subscription benefits. Digital services are delivered after payment confirmation. Subscription Credits are granted only after the server verifies a valid Waffo Pancake payment event.
AI models are released only after quality, cost, privacy, and terms review. AI output may contain errors or bias and may not match expectations. You must review output before use.

Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your password and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Change your password and contact support@inspixa.com if you notice unrecognized access.
You may not impersonate others, create abusive account batches, evade Credits or permission limits, or automate interference with the service.

Quarterly subscription and renewal
The current plan costs USD 29.90 per quarter and grants 1000 Credits for each successfully paid subscription period. Taxes and the final amount appear at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize Waffo Pancake to charge your selected payment method at the start of each quarter until cancellation. We will notify you before material pricing or benefit changes take effect.
You may cancel renewal through subscription management from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and paid benefits remain available until then.

Credits
Credits are internal units used to measure digital service usage. They are not money, stored value, or transferable property and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Subscription Credits expire at the end of their subscription period and do not roll over. A generation reserves Credits first. Success settles them, while eligible failure or cancellation releases unsettled reservations.
The quote, account ledger, and purchase page govern price, usage, and expiry. Server records control if a client display differs.

Refund policy
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of your first quarterly subscription purchase if none of that period's Credits have been used. An approved refund removes the related benefits and Credits.
Used Credits, renewals, and requests after that period are generally not refundable, except for duplicate charges, failure to deliver, applicable law, or a confirmed service fault. Contact us with your account email, order ID, and issue before filing a bank dispute.
Refunds return through the original payment method. Timing depends on Waffo Pancake, the card network, and your bank. Cancellation alone is not a refund request.

AI content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant Inspixa a limited license to host, process, display, and use it only to fulfill your requests. You must have the right to submit all Prompts, reference images, and materials.
To the extent permitted by law, you may use your generated output. We do not guarantee originality, registrability, or dissimilarity from third-party content. Private Prompts and images are not used to train Inspixa models without explicit consent.
Generation may use Cloudflare or reviewed third-party AI providers. Required inputs may be sent to the selected provider under its processing terms.

Acceptable use
Do not create, upload, or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Do not create deceptive deepfakes or present AI output as medical, legal, or financial professional advice. Full rules are at https://staging.inspixa.com/acceptable-use.
Do not use the service to train a competing model, extract system prompts or credentials, evade moderation, attack infrastructure, or consume resources outside reasonable product use. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts.

Data, privacy, and security
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Waffo Pancake is the payment processor. Card numbers and full payment credentials are processed by Waffo Pancake and are not stored on Inspixa servers.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service provides absolute security. Deleted content may remain for a limited period in backups and audit records.

Suspension, termination, and liability
You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate service for fraud, material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements and will explain when reasonably practical.
The service is provided as is and as available. We are not responsible for AI output accuracy, suitability, or decisions based on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Applicable law at the operator's location governs these terms while mandatory consumer rights remain available. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes through the site, account notice, or email.
