01
Scope and brand
Inspixa is an independently operated image inspiration and AI image service. It is not an official product of, affiliated with, or endorsed by any underlying model provider. AI features and output are described honestly and are not marketed with capabilities a model cannot reliably provide.
This policy applies to Prompts, images, reference materials, titles, descriptions, tags, and other content submitted, generated, stored, published, or shared through the service. The Terms of Service also apply.
02
Zero-tolerance content
The following content is prohibited regardless of claimed purpose.
- Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of a minor.
- Content that promotes, recruits for, finances, or instructs terrorism or violent extremism.
- Assistance to design, acquire, or use nuclear, biological, chemical, or other weapons of mass destruction.
- Non-consensual sexual deepfakes, intimate imagery, or identity synthesis intended to harm or deceive.
- Other content prohibited by applicable law, court order, or regulatory requirement.
03
Prohibited generation and publication
In addition to zero-tolerance content, Inspixa prohibits these six categories.
- Pornography, nudity, sexual services, sexual violence, or other NSFW content.
- Extreme violence, torture, self-harm, or graphic gore intended to glorify, incite, or entertain.
- Hateful, demeaning, or violent content based on protected characteristics.
- Any sexual content involving minors, including fictional, animated, synthetic, or apparently underage subjects.
- Impersonation, identity fraud, or deceptive deepfakes, especially in political, sexual, financial, or emergency contexts.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, trade secret, or other third-party rights.
04
Other prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, harassment, stalking, defamation, malware, security-control evasion, spam, fake engagement, or unauthorized surveillance.
Do not misrepresent AI output as human work, an official document, or professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not extract system prompts, secrets, or model weights, train competing models through the service, or evade moderation through jailbreak instructions.
05
Content moderation
The model catalog is currently closed. Before a model is released, Inspixa will register and disclose the actual model and provider and deploy input and output moderation appropriate to it. Moderation may combine policy rules, content hashes, Cloudflare security capabilities, provider moderation, and human review.
Prompts and reference materials are checked before generation. Output and metadata are checked before entering the work library or public release. We may reject a request, hide output, prevent publication, require review, or retain necessary security evidence.
Risk levels are L1 critical, L2 high, L3 medium, and L4 low. Automated systems make preliminary decisions. Borderline cases and appeals receive human review.
06
Reporting
Report suspected violations to abuse@inspixa.com. Include the content URL or resource ID, category, short explanation, and necessary evidence. Do not forward illegal material itself. Use privacy@inspixa.com for privacy matters.
Reporter information is used for investigation, communication, and legal obligations and is kept confidential where reasonably possible. Malicious, repeated, or knowingly false reports may be restricted.
07
Response targets
L1 child safety, terrorism, imminent danger, or mass harm is targeted for action to begin within four hours. L2 serious fraud, non-consensual intimate content, or severe violent threats is targeted within 24 hours. L3 rights disputes, harassment, or ordinary violations is targeted within three business days. L4 low-risk or incomplete reports is targeted within seven business days.
Complex investigations, identity checks, legal process, or cross-platform coordination may take longer. In an emergency, we may restrict visibility before completing review.
08
Enforcement
Depending on severity, impact, intent, and repetition, we may refuse generation, restrict sharing, remove content, release or freeze related tasks, warn the user, limit features, suspend an account, or terminate it permanently.
For child safety, terrorism, credible threats, major fraud, or legal requirements, we may preserve necessary evidence and report to relevant authorities. Enforcement does not remove a user's responsibility to affected people, rights holders, or authorities.
09
Appeals
An affected user may appeal within 14 calendar days by emailing legal@inspixa.com with the account email, content or task ID, enforcement date, and reasons.
A person who did not make the original decision reviews the appeal. We generally respond within ten business days and may uphold, modify, or reverse the decision. Legal confidentiality, active investigations, and platform security may limit the details we provide.
10
Model disclosure and updates
When image generation opens, the model selector and related documentation will disclose the actual model name, provider, capability, and main limitations. No saleable image model has passed the current release gate, so orchestration is not represented as a live model service.
We may update this policy for model capabilities, abuse trends, and legal requirements. We provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes through the site, account notice, or email. Reports: abuse@inspixa.com. Appeals and legal matters: legal@inspixa.com.
